CASE STUDY
IronVault
A complex security proposition.
One clear story.
Building the narrative for Sri Lanka’s first dedicated Digital Risk Protection partner.
Narrative strategy · Corporate profile · AI‑enabled workflow
THE CHALLENGE
Three specialist platforms. One proposition.
IronVault had world-class technology behind it, but a difficult communication problem.
Its offer brings together BrandShield, Hudson Rock and ITsMine, covering brand impersonation, compromised credentials, dark-web intelligence and data containment.
We needed to make a relatively unfamiliar category understandable to enterprise decision-makers, without diluting the technical credibility.
THE PROCESS
Five steps. One coherent security story.
We treated the profile as a positioning and narrative problem before a design problem.
The result is a clear, credible story that takes a complex threat landscape and turns it into something enterprise buyers can understand and act on.
Find the strategic centre
We explored the audience, category and competitive context to identify the core idea: protecting customer trust.
Organise the complexity
We structured the proposition around Discover, Prevent and Contain, rather than a platform-by-platform story.
Build the buyer journey
We shaped the content around the questions senior buyers naturally ask, from risk to relevance to action.
Stress-test the credibility
We challenged claims, removed unverifiable awards and stripped out marketing language to keep the story credible.
Turn the narrative into a profile
We translated the strategy into a visually-led 14-page profile with a clear next step for buyers.
HOW WE WORKED
AI accelerated the research, drafting and iteration. Human judgment set the thesis, architecture and credibility bar.
THE CREATIVE IDEA
Protect the trust your infrastructure can’t see.
The strongest story was already there.
IronVault exists because modern attacks increasingly happen outside the traditional security perimeter: through compromised credentials, fake sites, impersonation, social channels and other surfaces customers trust.
So instead of leading with technology, the profile leads with a more human idea: customer trust.
KEY OUTCOMES
A clearer proposition. A stronger story. A more credible way to sell it.
One organising idea
Customer trust became the centre of the story. It gave a technical cybersecurity proposition a human idea senior buyers could grasp immediately.
One coherent architecture
Three technologies became one managed practice. The Discover, Prevent, Contain framework made overlapping capabilities easy to follow.
One clearer sales journey
The profile moves from risk to relevance to action, so buyers have a straightforward path from understanding the threat to taking the next step.
